The room was filty with hair everywhere from the pillows, towels and bathroom floor. The room was not cleaned properly glad i only stood the night and immediately checked out the next morning

The rooms smelled mildew and mold. I woke up with allergies daily in the middle of winter. There was a snow storm. It did not look like anyone plowed until Sunday two days later. My card stopped working the morning of check out. We did not have enough bedding for any of the beds. I got 4 rooms. They downgraded us one room because of their plumbing issue. I ended up canceling the room which they did accommodate a refund. They were supposed to sleep 4 people. One of my rooms only slept 3 and did not provide sheets for any of the additional beds. When asked I was told I had to wait until the next morning. We were also blamed for loud music although several people on my floor were blaring music, as well.

Breakfast was an additional charge. It did not come with the stay. Guests should be provided complimentary breakfast. It’s something as a traveler we look forwards to to make traveling easier without having to drive several miles just to get. The hours for ordering food via room service needs to improve also.
