The room was beautiful & very comfortable. Would like it if a hook was installed close to the shower to be able to grab my towel when I’m wet. The breakfast bar was never open thd 3 mornings we stayed. One morning I was able to purchase a couple muffins & some pastries. Was very disappointed lack of items & variety in the “Market”. Front desk person told us NOTHING about amenities when we checked in. I had to call down & ask about specific things, especially concerning the breakfast. People should be told upon check-in that the breakfast is not free, the WiFi info, etc. Unhappy that we were not told anything at all.

The room was very nice, and very clean. Staff was satisfactory, maybe because he just had a somewhat difficult customer and it 0200 am. I missed breakfast by a few minutes so can't comment on that. We were unable to use the TV because the remote was broken (reported). But it didn't matter much due to tight schedule. But nice place, will stay again

Heating didn't work in the room and during two day stay never got fixed. Staff was friendly and in the end offered 10k choice points - which seemed ok till I discovered that you need 30k points and we actually got none for the stay, I guess because we booked through Hotels.com.

The room was dirty. The sofa bed cushions are filthy and there were crumbs under the cushions on top of the bed. I took pictures and told front desk. I was ask to submit my pictures by email for documentation but I was not offered a resolution. I in turn ask what are you going to do about it and he ask was I using the sofa bed and I said yes my daughter is. He switched us to another room close to midnight. The sofas need a thorough cleaning the cushions have stains on them. We stayed here back in 2022 and this hotel was super clean and really nice. Things have changed here. We will not stay in this hotel again.
