I have stayed at this hotel off and on when traveling to NY as it's not expensive, quiet and reasonably priced. A refurbishment was done recently as well. However, on this stay, I was disappointed by the uncleanliness of the room. There was thick dust on the counter behind the TV. In the bathroom, the floor was not clean and where water had been, between the tile was mildew. There were a few stains on the floor and the walls as well. It seems like an attention to cleanliness is lacking, which is disappointing. I may give this hotel one more shot, but they need to re-prioritize cleanliness, or else become a motel 6 hotel.
Note the mildew around the edge and old caulking. Need to replace
