This cozy cottage home has everything you need for a stay in Parker Arizona! It’s near the public launch ramp and has easy access to the desert trails! If you love the Desert Bar this home is less than 7 miles from it! Very cute home with individual mini splits in bedrooms to control your own comfort! We love this home and hope you can enjoy it as much as we do. Plumbing was also recently updated throughout the whole property!

The shower water runs a little hot. Shower door leaks a little. Thanks for kitchen utensils, beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the place very much.

We chose this property based on its proximity to friend's residence. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the house, as was our friend who stopped by right after we checked in. It was certainly more comfortable than a hotel room and we would definitely stay here again.
