Inside, you’ll find a spacious bathroom and a cozy living room furnished with soft recliner sofas and a comfortable queen‑size air mattress—perfect for unwinding after a day of fun on the river.
The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay, including heating and AC, WiFi, a convection oven, and a washer and dryer. You’re just a quick two‑minute drive from the river and the free community launch ramp, less than five minutes from local restaurants and gas stations, and only eight minutes from Blue Water Casino.
Whether you’re exploring the river, adventuring through desert trails, or simply enjoying the quiet charm of the neighborhood, this welcoming house offers a warm place to rest, recharge, and feel at home. We truly hope you enjoy your stay.

The A/C was fantastic especially with the temperatures we had. Kitchen was fully equipped and super clean. Bathroom was very clean and over the top with essentials. I would highly recommend this property.

The Best Place In Parker!

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful remodeled home. It is the nicest place we have ever stayed. New kitchen and appliances, large new bathroom and new heating/AC units. Wish we had stayed longer. Check in was easy and Gary was the perfect host. We recommend this to everyone. You will enjoy it as much as we did. AAA..
