Welcome to your dream vacation home in Park Rapids, MN. This stunning log home is situated along the serene Fish Hook River. Inside, the grand kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space, ideal for preparing meals for large gatherings. The spacious dining area and living room feature numerous windows offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Minnesota landscape and the tranquil river. The luxurious master suite includes a King bed, a spa-like bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, commodes, closets, a large walk-in shower, and a deep spa bathtub. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and playful twin bunk beds, while the third bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed. The upstairs loft provides three additional twin beds and a double futon, accommodating 11-13 people comfortably, with additional air mattresses available upon request.

Outside, the spacious deck with ample seating and a grill is perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit located just North off the back porch, ideal for roasting marshmallows and stargazing. The property’s large windows and outdoor spaces offer stunning views of the lush Minnesota landscape and the peaceful Fish Hook River. Guests also have access to the property's private dock (Shared with the Loft Guest House) where guests are welcome to fish, kayak, or just enjoy nature. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat, a place to host unforgettable gatherings, or a luxurious family home, the Bear Path House is a one-of-a-kind retreat!

Firewood - Bundles can be purchased on site for the fireplace or the fire pit outside for $8 per bundle or $6 per bundle when pre-ordered. For purchase on-site, guests can leave cash in the red drop-box in the garage or please reach out for debit/credit card processing.

PONTOON RENTAL

We offer a pontoon for guests to rent from the 3rd weekend in May to the 2nd Weekend of October. The pontoon is capable of pulling tubers and also features AM/FM Radio, plenty of storage and a nice shade canopy so you can comfortably enjoy everything Fish Hook River/Lake has to offer during your stay!

*IMPORTANT INFO/RULES*
-$500 damage deposit per pontoon rental.
- The first full tank of fuel is provided. Each refueling thereafter will be charged to the guest.
- Guests are not permitted to refuel the pontoon themselves.
- Fuel for the pontoon is sold on-site for $6.50/gallon.
- Lifejackets are provided.
