We had an amazing experience at Westgate Resort Park City. From the moment I arrived, the check-in service was exceptional—warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. It really set the tone for a great stay. My room was beautiful, featuring a comfortable king bed, cozy seating, and a convenient kitchenette that made it easy to prepare small meals. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, offering both comfort and luxury. The resort itself has fantastic amenities. The fitness room was well-equipped, and the indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing no matter the weather. The arcade room added a fun touch, especially for families, and the small market on-site made grabbing groceries and essentials effortless. I also visited the Serenity Spa, which lived up to its name—peaceful, professional, and wonderfully rejuvenating. A huge perk of staying here was the complimentary shuttle to Main Street. It made getting around incredibly easy, and I have to give special recognition to our driver, **Spencer**, who was absolutely exceptional—friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make the ride enjoyable. Since I visited during the holidays, I have to mention the Christmas decorations. The resort was beautifully decorated inside and out, creating a festive and magical atmosphere throughout the property. Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort convenience, and luxury

It was a beautiful place. We had a room with a king then little kitchenette with pull out couch. There is no air vent in the kitchen area so whoever sleeps on the couch was very hot. It was almost 80 degrees in there. Wifi was poor in our room. Unable to do the work I needed to. Hall carpets on fourth floor Very dirty and the hall smelled really bad like Fried food the whole time. Service was excellent.

Terrible. Westgate is usually a great brand. I booked a pricey room with jetted tub, fireplace - the works for our final day of vacation. The front desk notified us the indoor pool was closed as we checked in. When we were lugging our baggage to the room - one of the elevators was broken. Upon entry to our room - it was HOT. We turned down the AC in hopes it would cool while we went to dinner…. The Steakhouse was closed. Food at the Bar & Grille was good. We returned & the room still hadn’t cooled. Called the front desk about the issue… they sent a guy who let us know entire hotel AC was broken. So sleeping was miserable, couldn’t enjoy the upgraded amenities like a hot bath and fireplace because it was SO hot… we checked out super early the next day instead of enjoying our expensive room. Front desk staff was not able to offer any compensation for such an uncomfortable stay. Really disappointed. Do not recommend.

Always a great time

The property was fantastic as always. We love going to get a burger at drafts and a milkshake. The other nearby restaurants are great too. I was disappointed being on the ground floor, not much of a view like whne we have been on the 6th & 7th floora previously but you can't win them all i guess. The shower in the bathroom did leak a little under the door as well but overall a great experience.

This place is great. We went off-season, using it as a base of operations for touring all over the region. The room was comfortable and clean, the restaurants and bars in and around the building super convenient, staff was great. Now here are my two beefs: 1) They don't offer mid-stay refreshing of the room AT ALL. And 2) the architect should probably be brought up on war crimes, lol. Getting from building to building is quite an adventure, the signs guiding you are pretty lacking, etc. I eventually got my bearing, but just be prepared for a maze! Also, and no fault of the hotel at all, the prices for things in and around Park City are very high. I don't think we managed to have lunch for two for less than 80 bucks.
