Summary:
This recently remodeled three-story mountainside home offers modern finishes, cozy vibes and an unbeatable proximity to Park City Mountain Resort. From this location, guests can take traffic and vehicles out of the equation with a quick walk to the resort or Main Street. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen allow guests a large space to peruse trail maps or play board-games, provided of course. The three bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom, provide privacy and comfort for each individual throughout their stay. A half bath off the kitchen makes freshening up a breeze and for those that need to work on their trip, the owners have provided an office set up in a private room downstairs.
The Space:
Guests enter through the home on the ground level of the home where the living room and kitchen are located. The whole home was remodeled and no expense was spared in the kitchen. Wolfe appliances allow for precise cooking of anything anyone throws at them and there is enough gear for a cooking show shoot! There is seating for six around the large kitchen island with plenty of extra space for food preparation and serving. There is a large smarTV and a fireplace in the living room for all the warmth and entertainment one could need after a day on the mountains. The built-in wine cooler is asking for you to fill it and the drawers full of games make it easy to have a good time here. There is a half-bathroom located on the way to the stairs, just off the kitchen.
Upstairs, guests will find he primary bedroom, a large guest bedroom, and the laundry area. The primary bedroom provides ample natural light of the king bed and desk space via large windows. There is also a fireplace and a large smarTV located in the primary for those lucky enough to score it. The bathroom features a dual vanity, a large soaking tub, standalone shower with dual shower heads and wonderful heated floors. There is a private deck off of this bedroom with some of the greatest views of main street you'll find on Empire Ave.
The upstairs guest room contains a cozy queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower for added convenience to those guests. Large windows showcase the beauty of Park City's mountains for these guests.
The downstairs guest room features a king bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and a kitchenette for extra convenience for late-night snacks. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower.
Lastly, there is an office space downstairs with extra lounge space for guests who need some of their own space or for anyone who has that annoying Zoom they just can't miss!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire three-story home with the exception of an owner's lockout closet on the first floor and the garage. These locations are where the owners store their gear for seasonal usage.
