There was an issue with our reservation- we reserved a 2 queen bc it was me my partner and his brother staying there, but when we got there, they only had a single king. Room this time was not the same size as I have stayed in before with the same booking. The parking fee is on top of the room, which decreases the value. The last night, there were no spaces in the lot and I had to valet, which then includes a tip, making the $25 per night turn into $30 per night.

This property needs a lot of help. They need more signs to direct people where things are in the hotel. It took us forever just to find our room. They definitely need more lighting in the garage. And the front desk could be a little more attentive and and friendly. We liked our room, but it took forever just to get the TV to come on in for someone to come up and make it work. We really appreciated the shuttle service to Main Street in Park city. The driver was very friendly and very helpful.

We did not stay long enough to use the amenities so I can’t speak to those. Our room seemed clean but I feel housekeeping didn’t look around enough as I found wrappers on the bathroom floor and water a bottle cap by the side of the bed, the room seemed clean otherwise. Had to pay for parking or use valet for free, I was not aware of the parking charge until check in. Underground parking all around the property was nice
