The hotel only has concierge until 8:00PM. If you miss this timeline then you need to go to affiliated hotel for check in. This information wasn’t included in the hotel instructions and created some inconvenience for me. It is worth noting about overall safety at the hotel. No staff after 8:00PM on the hotel premises and front door is not secured.
