A 5 minute walk to the Ski Hill then ski back down to the driveway. We’re located on Lowell Ave, and backed up to Park City Mountain Resort. We are in a very Peaceful area, which sometimes you can watch occasional wildlife wander by the condo.
Ride the Chairlift and ski, hike or bike, down through the beautiful mountain side right to the condo.

We are a very short walk to Main St. where you’ll find Great Restaurants, Boutique Shopping, Coffee Shops, Museums, and Art Galleries. - Our 2 Bdrm/ 2 Bath, with a Comfy Kind Bed & Comfy Queen Bed, with Flat Screen Smart TV’s, in all rooms. We provide fluffy robes & towels with Two-en-suite fully equipped Baths. We supply shampoo conditioners body soaps lotion, etc. and Hair Dryers, We try to supply whatever you need.
Fully equipped Kitchen & BBQ with lots of extras, for cooking a great meal. Olive Oil, spices, coffee, teas, creamer and sugar, even lots of refreshment’s in the fridge. Please let us know what you need and we can provide.

Ski down from our condo & your at the Town Lift where you can be on the chairlift which takes you to the top of Payday Ski Run, or have a nice lunch in one of the many restaurants in Old Town Park City and a little shopping!

Historic Main Street, Is where you'll find even more fun things to do, visit our Coffee Shops, Museums, Shopping, Night life & Art Galleries and many types of Restaurants.

During our Summer months and fall, we have The SILLY MARKET every Sunday, with local artists crafts, live MUSIC, Food Trucks, Bloody Mary's and more, locals come out with their families and friends and pups. Wednesday’s we have the Farmers Market a 10 minute walk to the Resort where it is located, lots of local foods, art, music, it’s a fun afternoon!
4th of July Parade, Labor Day Parade, Arts Festival, along with lots of activities, for the kids, music and BBQ’s afterward in our Town Park. The Fall colors are Beautiful, lots of scenic drives close by.
Or stay in, and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. or BBQ out on the deck, take a Hot Tub, Light a fire & watch a movie.

Because we travel a lot we know how nice it is to have all the little extras so we have added lots more snacks and different types of beverages to your Welcome snacks and drinks. We supply more than the average rental. We also have a Purified water softener, a nice barbeque out on the deck, which faces the snow covered park city mountains or the Green Lush Mountains right behind us.

World Class Skiing, Snowshoeing, Sledding, Biking & Hiking right out the door, not far we have cross-country skiing, tubing, ice-skating, tennis, golf, movies.
VAIL, bought PCMR, so now you can ski Canyons with your Epic Pass. Park City Mtn Resort & the Canyons are now connected so you can ski over to the Canyon's from Park City Resort. The skiing is incredible, we highly recommend skiing over to the Canyon's, there are lots of new fun long runs & terrain to explore. Just take the Gondola over the top & your in the Canyons.
