This Newpark home is also just a few steps away from the Swaner Nature Preserve, and all of the hiking and biking trails this picturesque neighborhood has to offer.



The condo features two levels over 1,271 square feet. With two bedrooms and three bathrooms, this unit can easily sleep up to four guests.



Upon entering the condo from the garage or front door, you will enter the main living area with kitchen, full bathroom, dining area, and living room.



Living Room: Features plush, contemporary furnishings, cozy gas fireplace, and Smart TV. Step out onto the adjacent deck, where you'll find a private hot tub with breathtaking mountain and nature preserve views.

This was a perfect “Girl’s Weekend” getaway! The property is beautiful, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the porch and enjoying the view each morning. This property has great access to everything around in walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Place to Stay!

Perfect location! Short drive to ski and Canyons or Park City. Walk to shops and restaurants! Only 30 minutes from SLC International Airport. We loved the location!! Perfect!

Nice condo, excellent location, beautiful views

This is a nice unit that is in one of the most convenient locations in Kimball Junction. We enjoyed being able to walk to many restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines. Probably the best feature is the view from the patios. Our dog loved being able to soak up the sun and watch the world go by on the upper porch.

Overall the stay was nice. Loved the location. Everything needed was within walking distance. The constructive feedback would be the outside decks could have been cleaner and better pillows for the beds. The place is beautiful inside and the view was breathe taking.
