Newpark is great. Just had an ant problem in the rooms. They moved us quickly to a new room but found some ants in there as well. Love the resort in total and the hot tub that comes with the room was an awesome bonus. Could be a little cleaner..

The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!
