Beautiful home!

The house worked really well for two families with en-suite bathrooms in three bedrooms, large closets in two of the bedrooms, and a lovely wide open kitchen living area. The balcony was large and felt tucked away with beautiful trees all around and the hot tub was great. We did have a glitch with the shuttle service and the property management company was quick to respond and try to help. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

I can't speak to the listed property as the property manager double booked the property, and had to move us to a different property last minute. However, the property that the manager switched us two was very modern, clean, and well equipped.

Great House but Be Aware

This is a great house. It's designed well for three couples plus a couple of kids. Its in good shape. It's very close to the free bus and only about a 20 minute walk from Main Street. It's warm and cozy. There are two gas fireplaces. The beds are good, the pillows are so-so. The crew came every day to plow and shovel the new snow. Negative: there is barely enough soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry pods, etc. for six people for a week, giving the impression that the owners or management are more concerned with having unused things taken than they are with you not running out. And be aware that it's not stocked with anything in the kitchen. There are a high-end refrigerator, stove, and oven, and there are adequate pots/pans/utensils/etc. (The exception is the salad spinner which probably came from a Dollar Store and does not work). But there are absolutely NO condiments other than half-shakers of salt and pepper and one day of coffee. Unlike most other properties, management cleans out all of your unused cooking stuff, even the things that don't spoil, so there is no oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, garlic powder, spices, Saran wrap, tin foil, absolutely nothing. The cupboard (which is large) is bare. If you are staying for a while and plan on cooking, keep this in mind when choosing your property. And be aware that the Fresh Market in Park City is really expensive and you'll do better going to Smith's in Salt Lake or Kimball Junction before making your way to Park City.

Great spot for the family ski vacation

This house was a great find for the family ski vacation. About as convenient as a place that is not ski in ski out can be. Great location for Deer Valley, 1 min away, and easy into town and Park City resort. 6 of us fit comfortably. Property management was easy to deal with and the property was set up with basics for the stay. Would highly recommend this house for your group.
