Walk to the base of Park City Mountain Resort and the Silver Star ski lift, or hop on the free Park City bus just steps from the townhome. After a day on the mountain, come home to a comfortable, beautifully updated space with everything you need to relax and recharge.

THE SPACE

Bright, open, and thoughtfully renovated, the townhome combines contemporary finishes with the warmth of a mountain retreat. Vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the living area with natural light while showcasing views of the golf course and surrounding mountains.

LIVING ROOM

Settle into the reclining sofa or one of two swivel chairs and unwind in front of the 75" LG Smart TV. Vaulted ceilings create an open, airy feel, while the expansive windows make the mountain and golf course views part of the room.

KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for guests who enjoy cooking and entertaining. Premium quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances are complemented by a five-burner LG Signature gas range with double electric ovens, microwave, and wine refrigerator.

A spacious peninsula with seating for four makes the kitchen a natural gathering spot for morning coffee, après-ski drinks, or a relaxed meal at home.

DINING & OUTDOOR SPACE

The dining area comfortably seats six and opens directly onto the back patio overlooking the golf course.

During warmer months, enjoy dinner or drinks outside with an outdoor table and chairs and a Weber BBQ grill.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put your used towels in the washer and start it, if you have time, please also put them in the dryer and start that. Please report any damage or stains to items in the condo.
Make sure all dishes are in the dishwasher and that is started. Take out any trash and put it in the garbage room that is located in the parking garage.
Please make sure the Heat is turned down to 66 degrees and all of the doors are locked. If you are staying in the summer make sure the AC is turned up to 79 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No skis/poles/boards to enter the house. We provide ski racks on the covered porch. Please leave them out there or in your car, or mountain storage.
Do not walk through the house with ski boots on. Please remove wet or muddy shoes upon entry.
Please treat our home like your own. Includes locking doors, furniture, towels, linens, etc. You will be charged for access mess, stains, or damage.

This townhome was perfect for our family of four during a ski trip to Deer Valley. The accommodations were light and spacious and had everything we needed. The location is ideal for getting to Deer Valley (less than 10 minutes to the Snow Park parking lot), and even less if skiing Park City, as well as Main Street. Being next to the communal pool/hot tub was appreciated and put to good use. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Had a mini snafu with check-in. Owners were so quick to correct that it was seamless. Very responsive. The condo itself is quite lovely, has everything you need to cook, relax, do laundry. An extremely convenient location to Park City Ski Lifts. Walkable. Lovely linens in bedrooms and bathrooms. I would love to stay here again.

Our stay was awesome even though there was little snow. The condo was great, good location to have a little walk to Park City Mnt. Heated pool and hot tub were a nice spot to relax after skiing. Condo was clean, updated and comfortable. Jamie was responsive and very helpful. I hope we can make another trip out again!

Perfect condo for our stay

This condo is clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the Park City resort to ski. There is a bus stop right in front of the condo but we just walked.We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo for Park City!

We've stayed several places in Park City, and this lovely condo is our new favorite. Super easy to get to the slopes, and the fit and finish of the condo felt like someone's home that they were letting us stay at rather than a cheaply manufactured place just used for rentals. Hosts were responsive and the kids and we had a wonderful time. Planning to stay again!

Excellent Condo, walking distance to the lifts!

Jamie and Teri’s house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the proximity to the mountain was super convenient, and the bedrooms were perfect for resting up after a big day skiing. We would absolutely stay there again and couldn’t recommend their home and hospitality enough.

Everything about this location and condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable, quality decor and amenities. The location was in a lovely neighborhood and a two min walk to bus to go into town. Also, great communication from our hosts.
