- Lower-level wine fridges not for guest use

- Events considered with owner approval

- Accessible Features: All levels & living areas are wheelchair accessible via a central elevator

- All guest rooms & bathrooms in the "Red House" are ADA-approved

- Potential Barriers: The "Red House" primary suite shower w/ tub has a small lip that may pose a challenge

- The top floor of the main house is accessible, but a small lip leads to the wood table area
