A walk or a shuttle ride over to the Canyon’s village is a breeze with many options of music, apres-ski and food options.

Designed with the mountains in mind, you are surrounded by mature trees and nature; the home’s expansive windows frame sweeping, unobstructed views of both the ski runs and the sparkling valley below. With over 4,000 square feet of luxury spread across two spacious levels, four bedrooms, and multiple gathering areas, there’s plenty of room for family and friends to spread out, relax in comfort and privacy.

After a day of adventure, unwind in the great room where high-end leather furnishings and a cozy fireplace creates the perfect après-ski setting. The gourmet kitchen will delight any chef with its Wolf gas range, double ovens, Sub-zero refrigerator, quartz countertops, and generous prep space. Share meals at the large circular dining table or step out onto the expansive deck for an unforgettable alfresco dining experience against the mountain backdrop.

Entertainment awaits in the game room, featuring air hockey, pool and board games for hours of friendly competition. Evenings can be spent with movie nights in the great room or the den downstairs. A fun barrel-dry-sauna and a fire-pit awaits in the backyard under the expansive Utah sky.

Rest easy with plenty of room for everyone, as this home offers four distinct bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, fireplace, flatscreen TV, and sweeping views of the mountains and trees, plus a spa-inspired bathroom with dual sinks, a steam shower, and a soaking tub. Another king suite includes its own dual-sink bathroom and opens to a private deck with panoramic views of the city below. The third bedroom is both versatile and inviting, with a queen bed, two twin beds, and a private en-suite showcasing dual sinks and a tiled shower. Perfect for kids, the bunk room boasts unique three-tiered twin bunks and access to a full bath with an oversized walk-in shower. During the winter months, the roads and driveway are regularly plowed, but we recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle to ensure safe and easy access to the home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: The Canyons has a shuttle and the City Wide Bus is located a few blocks away to anywhere in Park City.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
