REST & RECHARGE

All three bedrooms are upstairs, creating a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.

The primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bath with a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom sleeps four with a twin-over-twin bunk plus a twin bed with trundle—a flexible setup for families, friends, and multigenerational groups.

Every bedroom has its own TV and blackout curtains. Upstairs air conditioning keeps the bedrooms comfortable during warmer months.

A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space when needed, bringing the maximum occupancy to 10.

A full-size washer and dryer inside the townhome make longer stays—and keeping up with ski clothes and gear—easy.

SKI DAYS MADE EASY

A short walk to the new Canyons Village Skyway gondola (opens for the 26–27 ski season) means less time getting to the mountain and more time enjoying it.

Store skis and snowboards indoors, warm boots and gloves overnight, and head out ready for another day on the slopes.

When you return, heated tile floors downstairs, a cozy gas fireplace, and your own private six-person hot tub make it easy to warm up and unwind.

Parking is included for two vehicles. One vehicle can park in the private driveway, and a parking placard is provided for the second vehicle to use the community parking area. Park when you arrive and walk to the Skyway gondola without paying for resort parking or moving the car each ski day.

EXPLORE PARK CITY

Park City’s free transit is a short walk away, making it easy to reach Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, Kimball Junction, restaurants, shopping, and seasonal events without driving.

You can also walk to the nearby 7-Eleven for coffee, snacks, drinks, and last-minute essentials—especially convenient when you don’t want to get back in the car.

Hiking and biking trails are also nearby, giving you easy access to the mountains beyond ski season.

SUMMER AT BASECAMP

Fantastic condo and location!

Patty’s condo was perfect for our young family’s ski trip. The location is ideal, just steps from the cabriolet to Canyons (less than 5min to and from the base) and a quick trip to Main St. The space is just like the pictures, very clean, with lots of extras and everything you’d need for your stay. I’d highly recommend and look forward to our return!

Great Location and Amenities

We enjoyed a long weekend in Park City and will definitely be returning to this property. It had everything you could ever think you would need at a rental property. It was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing when it got chilly in the evening. Looking forward to our next stay here in the future.

Modern townhome, perfectly located, and stocked with all the you little things that you need. One of our friends commented; “Pack your clothes, toothpaste/brush and you’re all set. Our new favorite place to stay

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s in Park City and this by far was our favorite. From the boot dryers to the cooking spices in the kitchen , nothing has been overlooked by this owner . Everything we needed to feel at home was provided . And very clean too . Was also impressed that our walkway was even shoveled before we left at 8am . We will be back soon . Thanks again Patty!

Lovely Park City Stay

Patty was a wonderful host, she was able to help suggest luggage storage options and was always so quick to respond. The home came equipped with tons of towels, soap and shampoo (good quality), and tons of kitchen supplies. The hot tub was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The location was also so convenient, very close to the 101 bus shuttle to take you to park city, or across the street from the cabriolet gondola that connects you to Canyons Village. Patty was so lovely and made us feel at home and like she was welcoming us into her own home. Would definitely stay again!

Spring Skiing

Patty was a fantastic host and her place was perfect for our spring skiing adventure! Ideal location <100 yds from Cabriolet lift to village base. We stayed on the Park City side last year, and for a family with younger children, I think the Canyons location is way better if you are going to have a car. You are ~7 minutes from Kimball Junction and commercial area of Park City, and ~12 minutes from downtown. Patty was super responsive (including troubleshooting the hot tub when my kids managed to change the display language to Dutch!) and her place had all the little things to make our stay fantastic (lots of hot tub towels, fully stocked kitchen supplies, lotion in bathrooms, dehumidifier, etc.). Highly recommend!
