Two things were the main disappointments . The hot tub was not hot.. barely lukewarm, we were not told about this, big disappointment. They charge 11 per person for a basic breakfast that would be free anywhere else Property was clean and felt very safe

Love this Hyatt !

Such a great location near bus service,, free bike use, quality free coffee in lobby and staff were very kind and helpful. Located near Park City nursery which was a peaceful place to have a coffee and sit and talk with locals and peruse the beautiful plants in their year around green house. Thanks!

We have stayed at this property multiple times; however, I won't be going back. The pool was closed due to vandalism, they now charge for the breakfast, the hotel did not have enough parking spaces for guests. Ultimately, the value does not add up compared to VRBO accommodations.
