Everything we needed for a perfect Sundance experience! Very close to Transit Center and MAIN STREET!! Kitchen well supplied with spices and the little extras. Washing machine pods and dishwasher pods supplied. Plenty of toilet paper and nice toiletries included in shower.

Rating: 3/5 StarsThis Park City home is lovely, spacious, and perfectly located for Main Street access, but our stay was marred by logistical hurdles and poor maintenance.Arrival & Parking: Finding the property at night was difficult as the home and house number were unlit. The driveway is extremely narrow and located directly on a busy roundabout. Maneuvering a standard SUV into the garage required a challenging 90-degree turn.Cleanliness: The home felt neglected. It was very dusty, with vents covered in debris and counters uncleaned in the kitchen and bathrooms. We found dead bugs on the floors throughout the house, suggesting it had been vacant for some time. Furthermore, the previous guests' dishes were left on the counters and in the dishwasher.Comfort & Policy: Guest bedrooms were uncomfortably cold due to limited heating vents. While early check-in/late check-out is offered, the 100 per hour fee felt steep given the lack of preparation for our arrival.Snow Removal: Instructions were unclear. Following the only info we found (shared responsibility), we shoveled the driveway ourselves after a storm, only for a professional plow to arrive at 9:00 AM.Summary: Great location and beautiful interior, but the management needs to improve cleaning standards, exterior lighting, and communication regarding maintenance.
