The living room centers around a warm fireplace, where plush seating invites everyone to gather after a day outdoors. Large windows bring in natural light and mountain views, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everything from movie nights to quiet mornings with coffee. Just steps away, a sleek chef’s kitchen and dining table for eight offer the perfect place to share meals, map out the day’s adventures, or enjoy takeout from one of Park City’s celebrated local restaurants.

The kitchen is equipped with premium appliances and generous prep space, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes to a relaxed dinner at home. The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a relaxed setting for restful nights. The loft provides flexible sleeping arrangements with two full beds and one twin trundle, making it an ideal space for families or groups traveling together. Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers serve the home.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
