Enjoy the perfect mountain getaway in the heart of Old Town Park City! Fully remodeled in fall 2023, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Walk to the Park City Mountain Resort base area, Town Lift, and Main Street's restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Deer Valley Resort is just a 10-minute drive away.

After a day on the slopes or exploring Park City, relax in your private hot tub, gather around the gas fireplace, or enjoy mountain views from the deck. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, and full-size washer and dryer.

The Space

This beautifully remodeled, multi-level home features vaulted ceilings and an open living and kitchen area on the top floor.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own private bathroom:

Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bath with soaking tub and separate shower, and direct access to the deck and hot tub.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom and shower.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom and shower.

Bedroom 4: Two twin beds with private bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

An additional half bath provides extra convenience.

Guest Access & Parking

Guests have access to a shared garage area for ski storage with ski racks and boot and glove warmers—perfect for gearing up or unwinding after a day on the mountain.

Three outdoor parking spaces are shared between the property's two units. Please note that street parking is not permitted during the winter ski season.

Wonderful Stay - Walking Distance to Everything

4 Couples had a wonderful time. The property was very well maintained. It included everything we needed to have an excellent time on and off the mountain. Additionally, the host was very fast to respond to our questions about the area, checkin and checkout process. Highly recommend.

Great location - close to Park City skiing and downtown

We stayed as a group of 6 adults and the house was perfect. Super clean. Virginia was very responsive. It's about a 7 minute walk from the main PCMR lifts and a 5-10 minute walk to downtown and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Park City Stay

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. This property worked perfectly for our large group. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the lifts and to downtown. Property managers were responsive and helpful. At the end of our stay, we all agreed on two things: we wish were staying longer, and we couldn’t imagine a better home to have stayed in for our vacation.
