With Park City’s free city-wide bus stop just steps away, and a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops, this Park City vacation rental truly lets you enjoy your stay without needing a car.
This two-level Park City vacation rental features a welcoming, sunlit main floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a bright dining area with seating for 8, a half bathroom, and a living room with gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Upstairs, three private bedrooms, an open loft bedroom, and two full bathrooms provide a comfortable setup for families or small groups. The bedding configuration offers a queen bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the second guest bedroom, a queen bed in the third guest bedroom and a queen bed in the loft bedroom - accommodating up to 8 guests.
Guests will appreciate the home's character-filled mountain styling and spacious open layout. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer and dryer add to the comfort and ease of your stay, while the inviting living room provides a cozy spot to unwind after a day exploring the trails, slopes, or shops of Park City.
Community amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool which is opened Memorial Day through Labor Day; closed during the Fall and Winter, a year-round community hot tub, sauna, changing facilities with showers, and on-site laundry, all available to guests of the Park Avenue Condominiums. Carport parking is also included for added convenience during every season.
Guests enjoy a seamless arrival through our Direct to Condo check-in process, which requires a pre-registration form prior to arrival. This is a non-smoking property, and while pets are not permitted for nightly stays, the owner may consider allowing one dog for monthly rentals of 30 nights or more during the summer and fall seasons—with prior approval. Housekeeping services are not included during your stay but can be arranged in advance through our Guest Services Office for a fee.
