The 1,160-square-foot Blackstone residence sleeps five across two king suites and a built-in Twin XL loft.



The primary suite features a plush king bed, gas fireplace, smart television, and private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.



The second suite has a king bed with a Twin XL loft above it, plus a gas fireplace, smart TV, desk and chair (perfect for working from home), and a private bathroom with a tub-shower combination.



A hallway powder room serves the common area. The condominium is entirely single level with no interior stairs.

The Home

The kitchen, dining, and living areas share one connected space, perfect for spending time together. A gas fireplace anchors the living area, with a comfortable sectional sofa and leather chair nearby.



The dining table seats five, with three additional stools at the nearby breakfast bar. The upgraded kitchen includes a Viking gas range, full-size appliances, and prep space open to the living room.



The open floor plan continues through the home to a covered patio furnished with outdoor sofa seating and a Blackstone flat-top cooktop. This layout keeps meals, conversation, and outdoor cooking connected to the main living space, with a covered place to sit outside in both ski season and summer. Central air conditioning, in-unit laundry, and three gas fireplaces support year-round stays.



Canyons Village Ski Access & Location

Blackstone Residences is located in Lower Canyons Village next to Canyons Golf Course and just under a mile from the Canyons Village base.



While this home is not ski-in/ski-out, ski access is incredibly easy. In winter, you can use the free, on-demand Canyons Connect Shuttle. The ski shuttle operates during the ski season, serves nearby Canyons Village neighborhoods, and drops you off at the Canyons Village base area (where the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Express serve Park City Mountain).



The home has a reserved parking spot in a limited-access garage.



Dedicated Blackstone ski lockers keep gear out of the residence.



The Canyons Village Skyway is scheduled to open for the 2026–27 winter season, replacing the retired Cabriolet with an enclosed gondola linking the Transit Hub and base area. It will also have a parking garage about a 1-minute drive from Blackstone Residences.



The home is also located on the Park City free shuttle route, and the closest stop is about 0.2 miles from Blackstone.

Kimball Junction is about five minutes by car, Historic Main Street about fifteen, Deer Valley Resort about twenty, and Salt Lake City International Airport about forty.

Winter: Store equipment in the Blackstone ski lockers and use Canyons Village Connect for the trip to the Park City Mountain base.



Summer: Canyons Village Connect does not operate outside winter, so a vehicle matters more. Canyons Golf Course runs beside the community, with the shared pool, hot tub, covered balcony, griddle, and central air conditioning supporting warm-weather stays.
