Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift. A shared laundry is available on the ground floor.

* The apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two of them sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and the space becomes tight, with little room for suitcases.
* The kitchen is compact. It is fine for simple meals but limited if you plan to cook every day.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the 13th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station, on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, with a terrace, a dishwasher and a shared laundry room on the ground floor.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
