Family Getaway

This was our first visit to Paris. My wife and I traveled with our two adult children and their partners. This apartment, while a little basic, gave us the perfect accommodations for our trip. Three real bedrooms, and the equivalent of two full baths gave everyone the privacy they needed. The apartment is literally steps from a Metro station. So getting around the city was super easy. It's location, in the 2nd put us within easy walking distance of so much of the culture Paris is famous for. I'm not sure if there is AC, but since we visited in May, we didn't need any. The apartment is on the second floor. So not a lot of steps to deal with. Plus, it appeared there was an elevator, though we never tried to use it. Mattresses were very comfortable. Pillows were so-so, but that seems to be the case for me anywhere. Over-all the apartment was very clean, and check-in and out was very easy. If you're looking for a place in the middle of things, so to speak, this apartment is a great choice.

Nice apartment close to metro and restaurants

The apartment was nice and in a neighbourhood with a lot of shops and restaurants. The metro was very close, just around the corner which was perfect. The apartment was supposed to be available latest at 4 PM, we were offered to put the luggage in the office at 2 PM and got a message after 5 PM that it was cleaned and that we could come and get the keys. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms were modern and clean. The kitchen was quite well equipped even though it would have been nice to have more plates. There were many deep plates but only one flat. The freezer was so full of ice that the door could not be closed. I reported this as soon as we saw it but did not receive any response. The last evening something happened with the electricity, the dishwasher didn’t start and a fuse blew, it seemed as the earth fault breaker tripped. I reported this as well. no response.
