⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the 3rd floor of an old, secure building without an elevator, and the three floors are climbed on foot by the stairs. This is inconvenient with heavy suitcases, and access is not suitable for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility.
* The studio is not air-conditioned. In summer, and especially during heatwaves, it can get hot, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
* At 22 m² (237 sq ft), the studio is small and suits two people. The double bed is a fold-down bed that opens out in the main room, which serves as both living room and bedroom.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, on a pedestrian street full of cafés and restaurants, a 2-minute walk from Sentier metro station, in a quiet studio overlooking the back courtyard, with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
