Good hotel with helpful and very friendly staff - staff in the breakfast room particularly friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was good. Location is great for cafes and restuarants and handy for both Gare de Nord and Sant Lazarre stations.

We liked the parisian neighborhood, far from the tourist crowd. Only detail the Hotel NH Paris Opera Faubourg was in was in reform, so few amenities. The staff friendly and helpful, many brasseries close by, same with metro stations We liked very much!

Lifts were broken!!

Such a disappointing stay. It’s an okay hotel but not really up to usual NH standards. Staircases are dangerous, as is ceiling down to the breakfast room. On the first day, one lift was broken and then on the second day, the tiny staff/spare lift also broke. I was in the 3rd floor and my colleague on 6th floor - if anyone had a walking disability, it would have been impossible to remain or stay here.

The location is great but the hotel itself is old and tatty. It's got a funky scent and the carpet in the room can do with replacement. The hotel is not up to NH standard and I stayed in a few of them. Time for renovations for sure. Room is small and so is the bed. Staff is very friendly but I would not stay there again.

Everything is good, expect the room was not available at the designated check in time of 3pm. After an 13 hour flight with a child, this is essential aspect for consideration. Staff was nice and professional however 2 star is only for not having the room ready at the check in time.

Stayed here many times and never sleep, rooms are too noisy and way to hot now that the air con has been taken away. If you open the windows all you can hear is traffic noise and smells car fumes and smoke. Earplugs need to be provided and bring the air con back please. Rooms also have a mould smell and are never dusted properly. Bulbs and broken shower door glass need replacing.
