Our apartment is only 30min from Paris and 15min from Orly International Airport by car.<br>It is an ideal position for those who need to stay a few days in Paris You will appreciate the tranquility and brightness of the apartment.<br>The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 5 people.<br>The modern kitchen and the large living room will give you all the satisfaction compared to renting a small room in the hotel which will be more expensive.<br>The accommodation<br>We would like to draw your attention to the 4 rules of housing below:<br>1) You are not allowed to host parties or parties in the accommodation<br>2) You are not allowed to bring people into the accommodation who are not in the booking.<br>3) You are not allowed to use the accommodation for filming video footage or photo shoots without our prior written permission.<br>4) We ask that you do not make noise disturbances and speak softly after 22:00.<br>Failure to comply with these 4 rules will lead us to end your rental before the end of the stay and to ask Airbnb for the additional payment of 800€ for non-compliance with the accommodation regulations.<br>Thank you for your understanding<br>Enjoy your stay
