Come and enjoy Paris in our refurbished apartment, which will accommodate a couple with or without children. Come and sleep in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, between the Eiffel Tower (10 minutes walk), the Invalides, and Notre Dame de Paris (20 minutes by Metro). Our studio at the back of the courtyard offers calm and comfort, conducive to rest after beautiful walks in the capital, which you organize thanks to the metro (Tour Maubourg station located only 4 minutes walk).
A mezzanine and a sofa bed offer 2 beds for 2 adults and 2 children, complete with a shower room with toilet and heated towel rail. The equipped kitchen area (fridge, washing machine, electric hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and kitchen utensils), will allow you to have lunch on site, when you are not at the table of one of the restaurants located in the district, including the rue Clerc, renowned for its countless terraces. Our apartment located on the first floor is an ideal holiday resort in the heart of the capital.

Elisabeth was wonderful about communication-- the apartments is only a few blocks from Eifel Tower- neighbourhood full of bakeries, pharmacies and grocery store -- we will definitely recommend to others and we will be back

The location was excellent. Eiffel Tower from the street. Shops and restaurants everywhere. However, one of the main reasons we chose this property was a washer/dryer. It was not operational. We packed light because of this and had to go to the laundromat twice. The host reimbursed us for the expense, but it was an inconvenience. Fortunately the laundromat was nearby.

Great location, close to metro, restaurants, grocery store and different sites. About 1/2 mile from the Eiffel Tower which is beautiful all lit up at night. Perfect place for 2 people. Quiet neighborhood and owner commute citations as excellent! We will definitely go back!

Perfect Location

This property is in the PERFECT location for a trip to Paris. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the front door! It has everything you could need for a comfortable place to rest after a long day of site seeing. And there are multiple, excellent places to eat within a 5 minute walk.

Best location in paris

This studio apartment was an absolute gem when it comes to how convenient it is to everything we wanted to see in Paris. Just walk outside and see the Eiffel Tower! We were able to easily walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Arc De Triomphe, and even the Louvre. Restaurants and shops are all around. I would 100% come back to this same VRBO rental!

Wonderful, peaceful stay

Lisa's home is wonderful. It is the perfect location in the 6th, next door to the best bakery in the area, with many shops, restaurants, close to the Seine and the Tower. But once you open the large wooden doors, its like another world walking through the cool quiet courtyards with flowers and trees. The suite has everything, it is on the main floor. Lisa is an excellent host, communicates well. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The apartment was exactly as described & a perfect spot for our base to explore Paris. It was enough room for a grandmother, daughter, granddaughter trip, but not for casual acquaintances! The courtyards are lovely & an Eurasian Blackbird sang for us every morning & evening. I would say that the washer works well but we couldn’t make the dryer work so we hung our wash to dry. Close to markets, bakeries, cafes, & the Eiffel Tower, we three were very comfortable & happy with our little home away from home.

Menton - Apartment. This apartment was absolutely perfect. Around 8 minutes easy walk to the train station, and 9 minutes into the main street and a short walk 6 minute to the beach. Patrick was amazing and was available to assist with any queries. The apartment was huge, spacious enough for 5 adults, and very clean. The view was breathtaking. Sunrise was spectacular. If we get to travel from Australia again we would love to stay here again. We highly recommend this unit. It was a gem of a find! 5 stars!

Phenomenal Location!

The VRBO advertisement gave me the impression that it was a 2-room property, but it was just a studio w/tiny bathroom. For sleeping the unit contained a tall bunk bed (top section offering apx 3ft from pillow to ceiling) and the lower sleeping area was a queen-sized pullout sleeper sofa, a thin mattress w/o much support. Bed linens need upgraded (vintage comforter). The entryway to the apt/condo complex was located behind a large beautiful wooden door offering a sense of security. Highly recommend to anyone (primarily singles) who plan not to entertain as space is limited. Bathroom renovated, tiny shower. Location exquisite!

Awesome studio apartment in the heart of Paris

We stayed at this apartment for 10 days with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment is small, but we expected that for Paris. We didn't have any problems at all. Lisa was a fantastic host. Excellent communication and check in was very easy! The location of the apartment is perfect. You have a clear view of the Eiffel Tower from the front door. We walked there every night and it took us 10min. There is a supermarket about 1min walk, an ATM and chemist across the road and lots of little cafe/bars in the street. The 69 bus leaves from the street near the apartment and goes to the Louvre. You can easily walk to the Concorde and Champs Elysees. Overall we would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Paris!

We faced two major issues with this apartment, which led us to vacate it earlier than planned. (1) Mould in several large areas poses a health hazard. When we showed the owner, Lisa, our photos, she insisted they were just “faded painting" and refused to acknowledge the problem. The apartment did not match the tidy photos advertised. We were told she planned to paint over the mould patches. (2) The electrical system cannot handle all appliances, especially with the heating on during cold weather. No one inspected the apartment during our stay to verify these issues; the owner responded with polite emails denying or downplaying the problems and claiming that tenants have always been happy with the apartment.

The location was ideal. Close to the metro and good places to eat, with a view of the Tower from right outside the front door and an excellent little Boulangerie a few doors down. The apartment was quiet and private and had everything I needed as a solo traveller.

The apartment is in the perfect location. There are cafes and patisseries within steps. The Seine is a five minute walk and there is a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower right outside of the front door of the apartment building. The space is small, which was not a surprise as the listing showed the space accurately. The washer and dryer did not work, which was a big inconvenience for us. The host did tell us and offered to pay for us to use a laundromat around the corner. However, we did not find this out until the day before arrival despite the host being aware (before of the issue multiple days before. We were already traveling and packed few clothes because we booked places with a washer dryer. Although the laundromat was close, we only had two days to explore Paris. Leaving our only clothes unattended at a laundromat was not an option, so it was a big issue to take time out of our already very short time in Paris to sit at a laundromat. Despite the washer dryer issue, the listing was as advertised and I would recommend it to anyone traveling through Paris.
