The Superior rooms are wonderful! However, the other rooms lack USB ports and do not have enough plugs. The decor is beautiful, beds are comfortable, nice little touches like free slippers. Common areas are welcoming to hang out in. Noise from metro is negligible. Staff are really helpful! Highly recommend!

Excellent little hotel close to lots of attractions and restaurants. Very nice room and very helpful staff. Only negative it’s near a metro which is noisey and the lift broke on one of the days we were there which as a disabled guest meant I couldn’t use my room for a few hours.

Room is to small, in my opinion some items should not be there, to create more space.. another thing I did not like is that water ia provided only the first day but the price for the room is equal, if the second day I paid the same, i shoul get the same benefits right?

Nice warming reception, the guy who checked us in was very kind. As for room, bedding was good, great toiletries. However, cleaning was ok ok, sink was clogged, floor for bathroom and floor was not clean, bathroom was moldy, and carpet was not clean as well

The people working were very helpful. I thought that breakfast was quite quaint and cute. It was just enough, very small, nice area. The rooms were a decent size relatively clean but an older room. Obviously the neighborhood is maybe not the best neighborhood. There was a Starbucks right next door if you like Starbucks. There really wasn't an area to drop off our pickup very easily, so it was, uh, oh difficult.Getting in and out, we kind of had to do our own thing, but in general, it was a nice, pleasant stay.There was a train station right by so that's convenient, but it is also loud.But the train stops in the evening, so it doesn't run all night long to keep you up. My wife just said that it ran all the way to midnight or 1 AM and then started again at 5. So she couldn't sleep, but I slept fine.

A beautiful, clean hotel with polite, helpful staff who were always happy to help. Let us store our luggage before and after checkout and even managed to get into our room a little before check in time. Plenty of nearby cafes and a 5minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! Taxi rank & Metro directly outside hotel so easy to get about. Would stay here again.
