Uncomfortably small boutique hotel. We booked a room for four adults that was unreasonably small and should NOT be an option for four adults! The fold out couch was the “living room”, the two twin beds was the bedroom. There was no dresser. No shelves in the bathroom or bedroom. One tiny closet w suitcase holder could not accommodate my suitcase AND close the door. The bathroom was so tiny I could touch the walls with my elbows, no space between the sink and toilet. You could sit on the toilet and put your feet up on the bed! The bathroom door was flimsy and barely afforded privacy. No electrical outlets in the bedroom. The room was right next to the outdoor garbage area covered by a curtain! Staff was nice, friendly. AC is good.

Staff is excellent and accommodating, rooms are clean however bathroom and room are extremely small, could use phone in the room to at least contact the staff in case of emergency. In case of a fire this hotel could be a hazard with lack of exit. This hotel is in outstanding location walkable to everything, 3 mins from the Eiffel Tower, Military School, shops, restaurants. Metro, Buses.

The room was slightly larger than expected and was clean. Nice neighborhood, easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower, shops and restaurants. Staff was accomodating for requests. On the negative side, our toilet seat was not properly secured and was a bit of a nusance. The glass shower door design was very poor. There was no way to keep lots of water from spilling onto the floor during a shower which was aggrevating. But, it was nice enough, that for the money, that I would stay again.

The room size was for 1 miget. It was noisy, too many stairs, no refrigerator, the shower was so small, I'm not sure why this is a 3 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We requested a handicap friendly room but even though they had an elevator We still had to climb down and attend. Flight us there to get to the bedroom..The noise from the elevator and all persons walking by the room going up and down stairs . All room are around steps and elevator all steps are wooden and make so much noise and persons voices from above and outside the rooms exhos inside the room.

A Gem of a Boutique Hotel

The location was excellent! 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and the tour buses. A great Italian and very reasonable restaurant around the corner. Staff was helpful, spoke English and courteous. Extra coffee, tea, etc in the small kitchenette. The rooms are small but the location is terrific!!

Clean, friendly, and right in the heart of Paris

The hotel is in a fantastic location just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, which I absolutely loved! It really felt like being right in the heart of Paris. The place was very clean, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
