Not satisfactory

Checkin - took 40 minutes to rectify a wrong code for key checkout. When arriving after 20:00 this is obviously not desired. Directions were inaccurate in terms of where to go (left vs. right) Sofa bed - not comfortable Cleaning - Sofa bed contained a lot of dust Water tap handle in bath room somewhat broken Overall, the apartment is fairly new but if you are looking to an alternative for a hotel, this is not the way to go
