Small basic apartment in Paris. Close to a metro stop. Check in was fairly straight forward. Keys are collected from a business owner in the area who was very pleasant and helpful. The recommended parkade seemed secure, however it was an extremely tight fit for the minivan we were driving and I might recommend trying somewhere else if you have a larger vehicle, unless you have top notch precision parking/driving skills. There seemed to be several parkades nearby. With regards to parking, we were also unsure how to access our vehicle after hours. We needed to get some things out of our van later in the evening and found the parkade all locked up. Luckily we happened to be there around the same time another guest was trying to check in and he somehow got ahold of someone who was able to open the main gate. The apartment had AC, which was very welcome during the Paris heat wave. The apartment did smell somewhat slightly of cigarette smoke. Despite lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies etc nearby, this was not my favourite location that I have stayed in Paris. As a tourist, I would likely head back to Montemarte next time.
