Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, washer-dryer, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments.

Master bedroom: An elegant room with a double bed and a wardrobe for storing your belongings.

Second bedroom: A cosy room with a TV and double bed for a wonderful night's sleep.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with a shower, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer.

Toilets: A toilet is integrated into one of the bathrooms, while a second independent toilet is available.

Additional amenities: Washer-dryer, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is a duplex. The lower level, in the basement, has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom, with no windows at all: no daylight comes in and the air is not renewed much. If you want to sleep in a room with a window or are sensitive to stuffy air, please take this into account.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: during heatwaves it gets hot inside, including at night. If you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account.
* The separate toilet is very narrow, which can be uncomfortable for tall people.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the 11th arrondissement, a 2-minute walk from Rue Saint-Maur metro station (line 3), with a convenience store and bakeries close by, in a 70 m² (753 sq ft) duplex with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
