Overall it is a great little place ! Easy access to everything. We came during heat wave and without air conditioning, even with the fan, it was really hot. The mattress of the pullout bed may need some updating. My only comment would be to have some amenities in the bathroom ie hand soap, some shower gel etc.

I’ve stayed here before and I’m sure I will again! Gary is great and the location is superb. Apartment is very cosy with a great street view. Only up 1 short flight of stairs. I was traveling solo and always felt very safe .

Great location, especially for walking to Luxembourg Gardens and around the Left Bank.

Lovely few days in Paris. Recommend as so local to everything you go to Paris to see and so many lovely restaurants nearby. Everything within walking distance. Apartment could do with comfortable chair as the sofa bed is a bit of a pain to put up and down every day but otherwise great for what we needed it for.

Everything about this apartment was perfect for me. Staying in Paris solo on a research trip for a week, everything is just a short walk away. The finest bars, shops, restaurants, groceries, galleries and also 2 minutes walk away the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg. The area has a smart yet relaxed atmosphere, very safe and very comfortable. 7 minutes walk from the apartment you can be standing in Delacroix's studio. 30 mins walk along the Seine you'll be at L'Orangerie or Musee D'Orsay looking at the finest paintings ever created. The apartment itself is elegant and has everything you need for a life-enhancing week in Paris.

Nice appartment in good area with great host.

My daughter spent two weeks in Gary's appartment. She really enjoyed it. The location is in the centre and thus great and not less important safe. The appartments was very nice as well. The communication with Gary was very good. My daughter was very well received by Gary. Thank you Gary! I'd recommend this appartment to family and friends.
