Apartment 65 m2 - Magnificent View On Paris!

Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 65 square meters apartment in the heart of the 13th district of Paris, located on the 13th floor with elevator. Very bright, it also has a balcony and bay windows allowing you to admire the view of Paris, where you can see the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Montparnasse Tower ... It is ideally located near the Seine and metro line 6. Very good stay ! :)

## Logement
Located in Paris, the apartment has a very nice decoration, it is really very bright and comfortable. It has been completely redone. In all, it has a capacity of reception of 6 people. It is composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and a beautiful living room with a television and a sofa bed to relax after an intense day. There is also an office space in the bedroom.
The apartment has a BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer! The view is directly over Paris and you can discover the different wonders of the capital! You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Elevator, a private parking space (maximum height 1m85), Nespresso Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television in the living room and in one room, Iron, a large American fridge, Hair dryer, Washing machine and Air conditioning. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
The neighborhood is very close to lines 6 and 14 (Chevaleret and Olympiades stops). A Monoprix is located in front of the apartment. The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

## Emplacement
The 13th arrondissement of Paris is known for its Asian district, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians and Laotians met. The north of the arrondissement is more "classical" and includes important institutions such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the district of the Olympiades.
It also has the advantage of being near the Montparnasse station known to be surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Line 14 (Olympiades station) : 15 mn on foot.

From Lyon train station : 20 mn by foot
