We had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. It was very clean, well kept, and in a perfect location—everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible.The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, which made it easy to settle in, and any additional needs were handled quickly. We even requested extra towels during our stay, and they were brought promptly, which we really appreciated.We were especially grateful to be able to check in early after a long journey—it made our arrival so much smoother. Throughout our stay, Checkmyguest was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance.A couple of small notes that future guests may find helpful: communication between BelVilla and Checkmyguest can be a bit confusing at times, so it’s worth confirming details with both if needed. Also, be sure to use the “boost” button on the hot water heaters before showering to ensure you have plenty of hot water.We also arranged a late check-out, which Checkmyguest confirmed and honored—something we really appreciated, even though the confirmation messaging between platforms wasn’t perfectly clear.Lastly, I did accidentally leave a coat behind and, despite reaching out quickly, haven’t been able to recover it—but this didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic experience.Overall, a wonderful stay in a great apartment with a very helpful support team. We would definitely stay here again!
