The staff are nice and accommodating. The only problem is the air condition, it’s just blowing air not even cool air, they tried to adjust the temperature but it doesn’t get cooler. And the other thing is when they changed the beddings, housekeepers didn’t clean the room.

You can stay here for a whole month but your room will not be cleaned, they will only change the sheets and towels once a week.. stay if this is fine with you.

The room was spacious for all 4 of us. Met 2 front desk during our 3 nights stay. They were all very welcoming and attended to all our questions for guidance. Near train station and grocery store. The only thing we didn’t like is that there were ants in the kitchen area and table. Also, every morning, we put room service sign at the door but no one came. In one instance, the sign was removed and slipped under the door. We were asked to throw away our garbage which is fine with us but didnt expect that there will be no room service during our entire stay.

Perfect for a last minute trip to Paris. Amazing value, really friendly staff & great location just by the station. You could also walk to Chateau de Vincennes along the Seine, which I did on the Sunday which was a lovely bright day (chilly, but sunny!) Apartment was very cosy & still felt festive :)

The best thing about this hotel was its location. It is close to the metro, which takes you into central Paris in about 30 minutes. The staff spoke good English and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The maximum vehicle height for the hotel’s parking garage is 1.90 metres. We were travelling with a roof box, so our car was too tall to fit. However, the staff quickly found us a parking space right outside the hotel entrance, which we really appreciated. On the downside, the rooms were below the standard we expected. The kitchenette was missing basic equipment, and there was no proper table where we could comfortably sit down to eat breakfast or a meal. Overall, the hotel itself did not quite live up to the standard we had expected. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and the helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
