Piad public parking spaces are available in front of the building, with time limits during the day and the Autosilo Comunale di Paradiso is less than a 15-minute walk.

Location

The property is situated in the picturesque town of Paradiso on the shores of Lake Lugano. The surrounding area offers beautiful lakeside walks, access to nearby beaches and many hiking routes. The lakeside Sentiero dell’ Olivo, route with its’ many viewpoints and a pathway lined with olive trees is a 15-minute drive away. The closest public Lido is a 2-minute walk and the residents’ garden allows direct access to the lake. Guests can access the garden and lake through a little gate across the street.

Guests can reach the centre of Lugano with its beautiful Piazza della Riforma and the luxury shopping street Via Nassa in just 25 minutes on foot/ 5-minute drive. The Waterjet of Paradiso, Lugano Art and Culture Centre, Lugano’s ferry terminal, the funicular to Mount Salvatore and Paradiso’s train station are all a 10 -15-minute walk.

Guests can also visit the amazing Swissminiatur (a 7-minute drive) and admirers of the Nobel Prize-winning author Herman Hesse will find a museum dedicated to the novelist in Montagnola (a 10-minute drive). The closest restaurant is a minute’s walk (underneath the building), guests also will find several grocery stores within a 15-minute walk / 3-minute drive and a mini market in the petrol station nearby (open from early in the morning until 9pm).

The closest international airport is Milan Malpensa (MXP), approximately a one-hour drive from the accommodation.
