Amazing hotel, lovely lovely staff. Waited for us to arrive after 12am although check in ended. Well maintained hotel and excellent location. The only thing we would say is was the room was so hot because it’s summer and very hot outside. The fan didn’t do much, air con would be amazing and a great addition to this lovely hotel. Thank you! We will stay again!

Very near train station. But the interior design is old like 70’s. Also, the pillow is not very comfortable but good for staying 1/2 nights for transit. The staff are helpful.

We choose this property because it was close to the train station. It was plain and without frills or amenities but the air conditioning worked great and the rooms were cleaned. Staff said we qualified for a free city bus pass and said they would email it but never did.

Friendly, clean, and great location for trains.

I had a nice stay. The staff were very friendly and set me up with a free local transport card. The breakfast is very good and fair priced. Location is excellent if you want access to the main station. No complaints at this price point.

The hotel is far below Swiss standards. The furnishings in the room were very old with a very small TV. The room appeared very inadequate and did not meet modern hotel standards. The breakfast was poor and if you did not come early for breakfast there was no more fresh bread. Unfortunately, the staff at the reception were rude and unpleasant. There were actually only 3-4 parking spaces.

Convenient hotel for a one night stay. Close to rail station and funicular to town centre. Not happy about security arrangements - room keys were left in the open foyer area and the street door wasn’t locked so anyone could walk in (although man on reception denied this, but wasn’t always there). Also had a problem with my room key - very difficult to lock and unlock. TV didn’t work- no signal.
