The Little Seahorse - Newly renovated near beach
Wake up in the seaside village of Par in 'The Little Seahorse'; an extended cottage, which has been completely renovated in 2022 to a very high standard. The cottage sleeps six in three bedrooms, has a full bathroom and separate shower room, a HOT TUB, a log burner and beautiful furnishings throughout.
The cottage also features a large enclosed garden with fire pit and is just 5 minutes walk from Par Beach, which is dog-friendly all year round.
Ground floor:
Entrance porch and hallway with built in shoe / coat storage. There is room in the porch to store a puschair.
Open plan living / dining room: This is a very spacious room that encompasses the entire ground floor of the original cottage, with dual aspect window seats at the front and back of the house. It is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas to seat six people and a large coffee table, great for board games and jigsaw puzzles. There is a log burner 32" smart TV. The large reclaimed Teak dining table is the perfect for leisurely dining, with views to the garden.
Kitchen: The cottage boasts a high spec newly fitted kitchen with all of the amenities you would expect, including a dishwasher . There are double doors leading to the patio and a bar table in the kitchen, making it a really sociable space.
Utility: There is a utility area leading from the kitchen, with additional storage, fridge freezer, washer-dryer, sink and a door to patio.
Shower Room: From the utility there is a newly fitted shower room with a waterfall shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
First Floor:
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is at the front of the house and features a beautiful king size bed, dressing table, window seat, smart TV and storage unit with hanging space.
