"We loved our stay at the Petite House. It has a large yard and the house is very cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family gathering for TLU graduation. The listing mentions the drained lake, but I didn't realize it was right on the river (I did see it on the map, but didn't know I had access). That was a big bonus. Although, it was hard to get to the river as there are no steps (there is a slight drop where the yard ends and the lake should be). My only complaint was that the back porch was really dirty. We had to sweep off lots of cob webs and leaves, etc. off the walls, floor and couch. All in all, we loved our stay at the Petite House. I would definitely stay again."

"Laura had everything we needed for a fun-filled, relaxing weekend getaway! We enjoyed kayaking, sitting on the deck with morning coffee, and making smores with the fire pit at night. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"Great property with beautiful grounds. Very relaxing and perfect for families as there were lots of kid friendly features. Loved having non breakable dishes, the super fun bunk room with toys. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. Sharing one bathroom upstairs was a little tight when we had all the beds full, but we made it work. It was a little difficult to see the horse on the gate when we arrived after dark, and guests should definitely note that it’s a decent drive down a gravel road to get to the property. We loved seeing the cows and wild turkeys, though! Definitely would stay there again!"

"The river access, canoes, paddles and life jackets were all available for our use, including other floats to enjoy the water which was a great temperature. The tiny house was lovely, clean, and accommodating, with nice touches like hammocks and swings for relaxing outdoors. My family and I had an excellent time."
