The space
Welcome to your modern mountain retreat at the brand-new Nordix Townhomes in Panorama. This thoughtfully designed multi-level unit offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and mountain-lodge charm — complete with a private hot tub, beautiful décor, and full access to resort amenities.
Entering through the main door, you’ll find yourself in the garage and gear storage area, which leads into a functional entry space with built-in cubbies and plenty of room for outerwear and boots. On this level, there’s also a bright queen bedroom with a large patio sliding door that brings in lots of natural light. The room includes a closet and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Heading upstairs, the main living area welcomes you with warm, stylish furnishings including a rich leather couch, cozy armchairs, a smart TV, and a modern fireplace — perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Just off the living room, step out onto a private balcony where you’ll find a hot tub waiting for you.
Also on this level is a convenient half bathroom and an open-concept kitchen that’s perfect for gathering. The spacious quartz island offers bar seating and is fully stocked with kitchenware, salt, pepper, oil, and a taster jar of locally roasted coffee beans. The dining area comfortably seats eight, and the second balcony off this space includes a BBQ and mountain views — ideal for outdoor meals.
One more flight of stairs takes you to the upper level, where you'll find three more bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, large closet, full-length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. Another bedroom offers a queen bed and Roku TV, while the third has two twin beds for extra guests. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located in the hallway, along with fluffy white towels, a hairdryer, and locally made hand soap and body wash. A washer and dryer are also available in the upstairs hallway closet for your convenience.

Parking only for ONE vehicle at the unit. All other vehicles must park at the resort parking.
Please use caution when parking, as the driveway is quite steep and the garage door is directly at the end.
