There is a vey loud disco next door that operated about 3 nights per week. Music at night was loud, but the problem was clean up crew that would come in between 5:30 and 6:30 AM, and they cranked up the music for an hour or more. Bring the best ear plugs you can find. We found them at a Pharmacy close to the ocean in the old city.

Modern apartment beautifully decorated and well equipped near main plaza in Old Town. Only issue was one wall bordered on club with VERY loud music weekend nights.

Well appointed apartment with all the amenities described on the website.Pros: Secure, safe with restaurants, bar and museums. Security police everywhere so it felt safe to walk all through Cacsca Viejo.Cons:Apartment #4 bedroom wall shared with noisy neighbor/business.Loud music thumping till 1am and then again at 6am??No hot water in shower. Only luke warm to cold.

Fantastic location. Lots of restaurants and easy location to tell Uber drivers.

We enjoyed Casco Viejo more than PanCity. It's safe to walk around at night more than other parts of town. We hired a driver to take us to Anton Valley and to PorteBello. I recommend both places. Good restaurants in Casco and museums. It's a nice walk to the city along the bay frontage. It's also a nice walk out to the end of Amador Causeway.

Beautiful little apartment next to the cathedral square in the old town of Panama. Host is responsive and helpful.
