The hotel was stunning and christmas festive. It smelled great. The room was beautiful, the hospitality was great. I was suprised with a birthday treat to my door and a card which was super sweet and an excellent touch. Everything was clean. Room service made my bed and changed my towels everyday. Staff was kind and helpful even with the language barrier( I practiced communicating in Spanish). Check-in and check- out was easy and quick. My birthday accommodations were amazing. I was very thankful and comfortable.

The hotel is excellent, the reception personal was friendly and professional, the room we were given ample, nice with the TV; must have been 85" and the large bathroom with a hot! Rain shower was relaxing. The breakfast buffet was very complete and good... Centrically located I recommend this hotel any time; you cannot go wrong with this hotel.

Our overall stay was excellent however more vegetarian options at the restaurant will be welcomed as well as more hot vegetarian items made for breakfast rather than just vegetables steamed or stir fried . Some examples can be included; breakfast potatoes, baked beans , hash browns , vege burgers / sandwiches with a patty. I think more Continental can make a huge difference. The fruit selection was very great as well . Everything we ate was delicious and made with the finest ingredients. Housekeeping was excellent they came every day to neaten the room and we received fresh towels which was much appreciated. Will definitely be back in the future .

Visited Panama for a funeral and the staff at Hyatt Regency in Panama City went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, with spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The service was superb, and the location is central to the city. I highly recommend this place.
