This was a good place to stay for the price I paid. Rooms were clean, and the staff was nice. However I could barely hear the girl at the front counter because she was practically whispering. Also some things in the room need updated such as the bathtub which was starting to peel. And the bathtub faucet handle felt like it was going to break. However it wasn't a bad experience. I give it a 7/10

This past week I had to come back to PCB for a 4 night stay. I checked in the afternoon of Tuesday August 26th. I noticed when I got to my room that the WIFI was not working. I made the front desk aware of the deficiency and was told it was working. I explained there was no connection to their one account name. I explained that I work for the Department of Commerce and I needed the WIFI connection to work while I was staying in PCM. They said they would turn in a referral to the IT department. I checked the next morning and they said they made the referral but hadn’t had a reply. I asked later in the day and no change. The next morning (Thursday 28th) I came down to check out because I had to be somewhere with WIFI. I even showed the from desk clerk and housekeeping person in another room that there was in fact no WIFI connection even though they kept saying it was working. It was then they understand what I had been saying since Tuesday night. I had to leave and relocate since there was no real solution to activate the WIFI service and I was already a day behind in my work expectations. It was then I was told I would have to pay for the next 2 nights even though my departure was due to unmet services offered by your hotel. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing; trapped in a hotel that does not meet the basic technological support or relocate somewhere else and pay additional fees.

Properties in some places inside were falling apart like in the bathrooms. It just all could be updated and could be a little cleaner, but the beds and the sheets were really clean and the room was really kept up well and everybody was really nice and if I needed anything, they were right there to help like my TV wasn’t working so I needed to be switched and they switched to me no problem.
