Ramsgate 3 is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath gulf-front condo that is perfectly situated on the Gulf of Mexico in Seacrest Beach near Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This ground floor condo is a perfect retreat for a couple, or a small family, and sleeps 4 with a king in the master and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Located on 30A bike path--close to restaurants, spas and art galleries/shops of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and The Big Chill; many bike and kayak rentals. 

Ramsgate has incredible views of the sugar white sandy beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s a wide lawn in front of the building that’s perfect for outdoor games with the family and a boardwalk to the beach for added convenience. 

Area Attractions:

Just an 7 minute ride east and you’re in Rosemary Beach with shops and restaurants including the Old World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops.  Check out the open air markets on the weekends. “The Big Chill” is a nearby community center for Prominence and is only a short 1 mile from your condo. The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great location! It was clean but had a weird smell. I believe it comes from the sofa. It looks really old, and my son couldn't sleep because the mattress is thiner than a paper. It would be great if you could update the sofa.

We had a great stay overall. The location was absolutely incredible and the beach access was the highlight of the trip. It felt like having a nearly private beach, and the property is perfectly situated between everything you'd want to do along 30A. Check-in was seamless and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect rating is that the property didn't quite match the impression from the photos. It's a nice place, but some signs of wear and tear (small cosmetic issues were more noticeable in person than expected). Cleanliness was also a bit of a drawback. I understand that keeping a beach property spotless is challenging with guests constantly tracking in sand, but the unit felt only moderately clean. Walking around barefoot, you could tell it wasn't as clean as we'd hoped, especially considering the price point. That said, given how expensive this area is, I still think this property offers strong value. The location and beach access alone made for a fantastic vacation, and we'd definitely consider staying again.

This property is more than out dated, it’s run down on the inside. The outside is updated and nice. The air conditioning was broken. The property manager sent a repairman immediately, but it was unable to be repaired while we were there. The temp hung around 75 day and night. The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom is hanging down near the shower. The trim throughout the home is pretty banged up.

Great Location

This was the perfect spot for our family. We have two kids 5 and under, so being right on the beach was critical for us. This property could use some updating as others mentioned, but we didn’t mind. We would definitely stay here again. Can’t beat the location!

This unit badly needs updated and cleaned, location is great, management took prompt care of our issues, 5 stars to them, quick response, prompt action to attempt to correct, however the place was terrible and we did not stay, we had to get a last minute room at the Hyatt at great expense.

Missing trash bags and a smart tv but that is my very minimal complaint! Beautiful view, comfy bed, responsive manager via text when an issue popped up, and very clean - place is just as advertised. Would love to stay here again.

Love the favor of this part of Florida. Old South Meets Gulf Coast. Kitchen well equipped. Great having a washer and dryer. Neighbors were very nice. Condo in bad need of Updated and redecorating.

Great location.

Had a good stay at Ramsgate. I would suggest updating the bathroom and appliances. WiFi was spotty, and some of the electrical outlets did not work as well as some of the light switches. Take care of these small issues and this place would be perfect.

Ramsgate 3

Overall this was a nice little condo unit. Property had mostly updated appliances throughout, besides oven. It was clean, the bed was comfy, and we would stay again. The biggest complaint from us would have to be the water pressure in the shower, that could have been better. Unit could probably use a thorough paint job, but that’s just me being picky.
