Loved the layout of this condo. Complex was not crowded and was safe and family friendly. Never had to wait long for the elevator. Some basics (salt/pepper/coffee filters) were already in the kitchen cabinets. Closet in 2nd bedroom had lots of beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. 2 loungers on the beach were also included with stay.

All around great deal!

Location was perfect. The grounds were very well-maintained. The condo itself was large with a phenomenal view, our favorite condo that we’ve stayed in the last five years. Hope to make this a yearly stay!

Favorite condo on the beach

I really don't want to share because you may take my dates but this is our favorite condo. From the owner comminicating wonderfully to the nice accommodation and lovely decor.. You won't be disappointed.

Second Splendid Stay!

This was our second summer returning to the same unit. The moment you walk through the condo door you are met with the most gorgeous view of the beautiful ocean and beach! Waking up to that every day is incredibly all on its own. We love the simple + clean decor especially with kids. One of our favorite parts is the open space to keep beach things out of the way at the exit door. We don’t have to track sand through the rest of the condo. The couches are leather & recline for prime relaxation! The bathrooms are updated and the showers are very spacious. Coral Reef is always the best stay. We rarely have to wait for an elevator ride, the pools are never crowded and as long as you’re willing to get out a little earlier there is plenty of front row beach space. The owner had rented beach chairs for the summer season and the coordinator allowed us to use a rented umbrella upfront, too. After 3:00pm it starts to empty which is when we take the kids anyway for less sun exposure. The condos are in the quiet end of town but everything is still so close. We cannot say enough great things about this - I’m sure if you’re reading this review you are exhausted from looking at all the options. Just go ahead and book now and get ready for a seamless, memorable trip! Communication with the owner was also very easy and fast. We plan to be back again for a third summer and already can’t wait.

We stayed for a week in April, and it was exactly as advertised! The condo was furnished with everything you need! The view was the absolute best! Coral Reef does a great job taking care of their grounds and building. We will definitely book and stay here again.

Perfect!

I've stayed at Coral Reef for years but never in this unit. This condo is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. The 6th floor is high enough to enjoy the balcony and still have privacy. Check in was a breeze. Theres literally nothing negative to say. Will certainly be staying in this unit in the future.

Perfect location with an amazing view

Easy access & felt like home away from home! My Wife & kids were very happy with there beds & the showers made it so easy to bath the babies. Amazing view from the Condo & kitchen was perfect. Living room was spacious & comfortable. Beach was absolutely gorgeous & pools were pretty clean. I definitely recommend this place. The 6th floor made the view to ocean very nice & more private which we loved! We would definitely come back

Perfect Place!

We had the best week at Coral Reef 602!! The condo is literally in the PERFECT location. Outside the hustle and bustle but still super close to everything! Our beach front was never too crowded either! The condo is beautifully decorated and super cute! Exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the owner was fast and easy! We would definitely book again!

Perfection!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The size and location of the complex were just right…not too big or small and close to the action but not the busiest part of the strip. Parking was easy and elevators were always available. Beach access was close and easy, and pool area was well-maintained and just the right size. Unit was very clean, impeccably decorated and had everything we needed. Charley was very responsive and easy to work with from start to finish. We will be back!!

Sandy Toes, Saltwater Tresses & Sunkissed Tranquillity…Beach Perfection

We have visited PCB several times over the years and this is our second stay in this unit. The location is just outside the busy section of PCB and nearby are many shops, restaurants, entertainment venues and stores for your convenience. The condo is very well kept, managed, extremely clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We love staying in this unit. The description of the condo on the listing is exactly what you can expect. The unit is spacious, very clean, well furnished and equipped all while keeping a home away from home feel. Mr. Charley is prompt when responding to any questions, very accommodating and flexible with scheduling and always a pleasure to work with. Our trips have always been BEACH PERFECTION! Already looking forward to our next visit.
