Shores of Panama 314 provides 907 sq ft of comfortable living space. As soon as you walk into the condo, you will notice the open-air feel and the spacious open floor plan. The condo features cool colors, detailed interior decor, wooden floors, and nice artwork that make it feel like you are staying in a friend's home.

The living room space is a huge room that offers a ton of seating for you and your guests. You can relax on the large couch and watch your favorite show or movie on the smart TV in the evenings. Or, you can lay on the love seat and read a book, gaze out of the sliding glass doors that lead out the private deck, or take a midday nap.

We love how you can get off of the couch and be outside in just seconds! Walk over the glass doors and open them to feel the warm breeze in your hair, the sunshine on your face, and the sounds of the ocean in the distance. You can sit on one of the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the deck and gaze out at the bright blue water, palm trees, and never-ending views.

If you are feeling hungry after a long morning of being on the beach, it might be time to make lunch for you and your loved ones. The unit features accommodations for up to six guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin/full bunk that can comfortably sleep adults as well as kids, and a comfy queen sleeper sofa. You can choose between the master bedroom or the queen sleeper sofa — both of which are very cozy and comfortable! The master bedroom features a large king-sized bed, bedside tables and lamps to brighten up the room and hold your knick-knacks, drawers to store your clothes, and a window to let the light in during the morning. You can rinse the sand off your feet in the en suite bathroom before you undo the covers, curl up in bed, and get a full 8 hours of sleep.

The private balcony extends across the unit offering wonderful views of the beautiful sugar-white sands of the emerald coast from the master bedroom and living room. ​​​​​​​IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.
